Raw honey is solely dependent on the bees, the weather, the flora, blooms and nectar sources available around the time of harvest. No honey can ever be completely replicated, tastes will vary by batch.

Our Summer honey is golden in color with a smooth, mellow sweetness and subtle bright floral undertones.

Our Fall honey is darkest in color, with a bold, rich taste and an earthy, robust undertone.
