Raw honey is solely dependent on the bees, the weather, the flora, blooms and nectar sources available around the time of harvest. No honey can ever be completely replicated, tastes will vary by batch.

Our Spring honey is the lightest in color. It is best described by having a clean, delicate sweetness, with bright floral notes.

Our Summer honey is golden in color with a smooth, mellow sweetness and subtle fruity undertones.

Our Fall honey is darkest in color, with a bold, rich taste and an earthy, robust undertone.
